Returns and complaints

Returns within 14 days

As a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Send me an e-mail at musilkovamichaela@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like to return.

Send the goods back undamaged, ideally in the original packaging, no later than 14 days after withdrawal. You cover the cost of return shipping. I will refund you within 14 days of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used.

Withdrawal is not possible for illustrations and goods made to order according to your wishes.

Complaints

If your parcel arrives damaged or defective, send me an e-mail as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. By law, you have 24 months to claim defects. I will handle your complaint without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest, and we will agree on a replacement, repair or refund.
