Terms of Service, Mia.chaela.studio
These terms apply to purchases in the online shop miachaelastudio.com. Seller: Michaela Musílková, registered in the Czech Trade Register, e-mail: musilkovamichaela@gmail.com.
Order and price
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Prices include taxes. The purchase contract is concluded when your order is confirmed by e-mail. Quantity discounts (3 postcards, 3 A4 prints or 3 A5 prints = 10 % off) are applied automatically in the cart.
Shipping
- Packeta pick-up point: 55 CZK
- Home delivery: 95 CZK
- Personal pick-up in Prague or Pardubice: free, arranged by e-mail
I usually ship orders within 3 to 5 business days. Calendars and made-to-order items are made individually, and I will confirm the delivery date by e-mail.
Payment
You can pay online by card or with the other methods offered at checkout.
Withdrawal from the contract
As a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Just send me an e-mail with your order number. Return the goods undamaged no later than 14 days after withdrawal; you cover the cost of return shipping. I will refund you within 14 days of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. Withdrawal is not possible for goods made to order according to your wishes.
Complaints
By law, you have 24 months to claim defects. Send your complaint by e-mail with your order number and a photo. I will handle it without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest.

I process personal data only to fulfil orders and communicate with customers. Details are in the privacy policy.
Dispute resolution
Consumer disputes can be resolved out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz).
